1. Dynamo Cycling

Dynamo IG

Drawing inspiration from Soul Cycle in NYC, Dynamo became the pioneer in France to introduce indoor cycling classes that blend choreography with energetic music, led by a coach who not only motivates but also inspires participants with empowering and uplifting quotes during the sessions.

The sessions take place in a dimly lit environment, enabling participants to concentrate on the experience without the concern of being observed while sweating. It's an enjoyable and freeing activity, similar to clubbing, but with the added advantage of enhancing your health.

2. Riise yoga

Riise IG

Riise yoga, part of the same group, is conducted in a softly lit setting infused with the delightful aroma of Palo santo. Their signature class combines cardio training with vinyasa yoga, incorporating cardio exercises twice during the session.

Instructors will motivate participants with inspiring and uplifting quotes with music in the background. The playlists will change based on the instructor.

They also provide advanced classes, and also pilates, sound baths, and reformer sessions.

3. Punch boxing

Punch IG

Punch combines boxing and bootcamp, each making up 50% of the workout. While prior experience isn't necessary, a basic level of fitness is recommended. I know someone who nearly fainted during a session, so it's important not to overexert yourself, especially if you only exercise occasionally. Each class begins with an introduction to basic movements for newcomers. You might even spot some instructors who are also Master coaches from Dynamo—they're exceptional.

The Sanctuary Group

1. Space Cycle

Space cycle IG

Space Cycle, which opened in 2024, showcases a significant investment in its studio's design. Coaches cycle on elevated platforms, surrounded by dynamic lights that they can control. You're still cycling in the dark, and there's definitely an incredible energy.

2. Poses Yoga

Poses is a very nice Parisian yoga studio with exceptional yoga instructors. They have three types of classes: Yoga flow (vinyasa), Pilates flow (pilates + cardio) and Barre flow (muscle reinforcement inspired by Ballet dancers "barre au sol" training).

3. Le Cercle Boxing

Le Cercle IG

Le Cercle Boxing is 50% boxing, 50% bootcamp. Choose your favorite coach and release some stress by punching those bags!

4. Aqua By

Aqua by

Aqua By offers a unique experience. If you're a fan of high-intensity cardio, this might not be your ideal choice, as the water resistance naturally slows down the pedaling. However, it can be an enjoyable activity to try with friends and you will still burn a lot of calories.

5. Decibel
