Terms and Conditions
Customers maintain the right to seek reimbursement or replacement in instances where their eSIM activation is impeded by a technical malfunction originating from eSIM4Travel. Refunds are contingent upon the subsequent terms and conditions:
Requesting a Refund: Eligibility for a refund necessitates the customer to formally submit a request via the Help Center chat or email and to promptly engage in collaborative efforts to rectify the issue.
Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refunds are exclusively applicable to data plans and top-ups procured on the eSIM4Travel website within a 30-day window following the date of purchase.
Refund Method: Reimbursements will be facilitated through the original mode of payment employed for the initial transaction. The duration for reimbursement receipt is contingent upon the policies established by the card issuer. The onus lies with the customer to communicate with their financial institution regarding any refund-related inquiries.
Usage Restrictions: Prepaid eSIM plans surpassing 10% data utilization, plans that have been utilized or expired, and those extending beyond their stipulated validity period are deemed activated and ineligible for refunds. Moreover, residual data following the expiration of the validity period is non-refundable.
Unauthorized Purchases and Fraud: Instances of unauthorized transactions will undergo scrutiny and require validation prior to any refund processing.
For refund appeals falling outside the purview of the aforementioned terms, eSIM4Travel will conduct an individualized assessment of the request. eSIM4Travel reserves the prerogative to refute any refund petition in the absence of a substantiated rationale.
*eSIM4Travel hereby asserts its ultimate discretion in rendering determinations pertaining to refunds and retains the autonomy to amend its refund policy at its exclusive discretion, without prior notification.
