To find out if your device is eSIM compatible, you will need to
- check that your device is carrier unlocked
- check that your device supports eSIM

To find out if your iOS device is carrier unlock, go to Settings > General > About. Scroll down to view the “Carrier Lock” section. If you see “No SIM restrictions”, it means your device is unlocked.

For Android devices, go to Settings > About. Scroll down to the ‘Network Unlocked’ section. If you see ‘unlocked’, it means your device is carrier unlocked.

Next, to check whether your device support eSIM, open up your device dial pad, dial the sequence *#06# and press call. It will display information about your device’s EID, IMEI and MEID. If your device supports eSIM, it should have an EID (ESIM Unique Identification) number. If you don’t see an EID number, it means your device does not support eSIM.

Note: The USSD code *#06# works on almost all smartphones.

Yes, provided the dual SIM device is eSIM compatible.

When you purchase a data package from us, we will send you an email with the QR code URL link. Open the link to view the QR code, scan it with your device's camera and follow the instructions on your device to install the eSIM package. Please refer to our Tutorial page.

Do note the following:
- Installing the package requires an internet connection in your device.
- To be able to point the camera of your eSIM device to scan the QR code and install the package, you will need another device (a tablet, laptop, smartphone, etc) to visit the URL link to display the QR code on it's screen in order for you to scan it. Alternatively, you can ask a friend or someone nearby if they would be nice enough to take a picture of the QR code and then let you scan it with your eSIM device to install the package!

The valid period depends on the package you bought eg. 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, etc. The valid period will start when the eSIM activates by connecting to an allowed network at the destination and you start using data. Depending on your data usage, the valid period can expire early if you use up all your data balance before the end of the valid period.

You can install the data package as soon as you purchase it, just before your trip or when you arrive at your destination. After installation is complete, the data package will activate and start the valid usage period once your device connects to an allowed network at the destination.

We suggest customers install the package just before their trip.
Do note and consider the following:
- Installing the package requires an internet connection in your device.
- Because the QR code is delivered as a URL link to your email account upon purchase, you will need another device (a tablet, laptop, smartphone, etc) to open the email, visit the link to display the QR code on the device’s screen so that you can then point the camera of your eSIM device to scan the QR code and install the package. Alternatively, you can ask a friend or someone nearby if they would be nice enough to take a picture of the QR code and then let you scan it with your eSIM device to install the package.

Yes, you can. One of the advantages of eSIM is that you can add and install multiple plans/packages into your device and easily switch between them.

With eSIM, you have the convenience of buying a data package online at affordable prices, and install it into your device just before your trip. Once you reach your country of destination, you get connected to the internet instantly. Unlike a roaming SIM, there are no expensive roaming charges and unlike a local SIM, there is no need to visit a local store to purchase a local SIM card, insert the SIM or swap SIM cards in your device. Using eSIM is just convenient, it saves you time and money.
