GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all products and services rendered by “eSIM4Travel Inc”.,
hereinafter as “eSIM4Travel”
The following terms and conditions are provided on the website www.esim4travel.com
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Prepaid eSIMs.
The customer registers and buys eSIMs on www.esim4travel.com website and/or eSIM4Travel's App. Our payments are
processed by PAYPAL (https://paypal.com)
REGISTRATION
The customer must accept the general terms and conditions to use eSIMs. The customer gives directly, or indirectly
to our agents on the web browser under www.esim4travel.com the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Email address
eSIM4Travel ENGAGEMENTS
we shall use reasonable endeavors to provide Customer quality service. However, eSIM4Travel does not guarantee that
the service won’t be interrupted, furnished on due time, safe or fault-free.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
In using the Products and Services provided by eSIM4Travel, the Customer must not engage in any action:
- that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent;
- that causes the Network to be impaired or damaged;
When the Customer is in breach of its obligations mentioned above, eSIM4Travel may suspend the Customer's use of the
Products and Services. eSIM4Travel will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable of the suspension.
During any period of suspension, the Customer shall continue to pay all charges under this Agreement in respect of
the suspended Services.
DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the device is eSIM compatible and not locked by any carrier, as
this is a prerequisite to complete the purchase. As device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of
origin, the list of eSIM compatible devices is provided at the checkout and can also be found on our Help Center.
However, the eSIM compatibility list may change from time to time, there might be newly announced eSIM compatible
devices that have not yet been added.
TERMS AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement between eSIM4Travel and the customer commences upon order is completed at www.esim4travel.com. The
agreement ends as soon as the customer receives the purchased eSIM. Activation of the eSIM is under the
responsibility of the Customer.
PAYMENT
The payment of eSIM4Travel Products and Services can be by credit card or PAYPAL. The currency of payment is US
Dollars($). The credit card transaction will be processed and secured by eSIM4Travel providers PAYPAL
(https://paypal.com)
DELIVERY
The customer will immediately see the message “Payment Successful” with total amount and the order number. In the
meantime, the “Member Center” button will pop up. The customer may use the this button to verify order which has
just being placed by Clicking member center -> my order -> enter the order number customer wants to verify QR code
may not be shown in this section, but it will be delivered to customer’s registered email address.
REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
Customers maintain the right to seek reimbursement or replacement in instances where their eSIM activation is
impeded by a technical malfunction originating from eSIM4Travel. Refunds are contingent upon the subsequent terms
and conditions:
Requesting a Refund: Eligibility for a refund necessitates the
customer to formally submit a request via the Help Center chat or email and to promptly engage in collaborative
efforts to rectify the issue.
Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refunds are exclusively applicable
to data plans and top-ups procured on the eSIM4Travel website within a 30-day window following the date of
purchase.
Refund Method: Reimbursements will be facilitated through the
original mode of payment employed for the initial transaction. The duration for reimbursement receipt is
contingent upon the policies established by the card issuer. The onus lies with the customer to communicate with
their financial institution regarding any refund-related inquiries.
Usage Restrictions: Prepaid eSIM plans surpassing 10% data
utilization, plans that have been utilized or expired, and those extending beyond their stipulated validity period
are deemed activated and ineligible for refunds. Moreover, residual data following the expiration of the validity
period is non-refundable.
For refund appeals falling outside the purview of the aforementioned terms, eSIM4Travel will conduct an
individualized assessment of the request. eSIM4Travel reserves the prerogative to refute any refund petition in
the absence of a substantiated rationale.
*eSIM4Travel hereby asserts its ultimate discretion in rendering determinations pertaining to refunds and retains
the autonomy to amend its refund policy at its exclusive discretion, without prior notification.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
eSIM4Travel is not responsible for detriments arising as a result, that the proposed service is not or not
constantly available. eSIM4Travel provides no guarantee of constant availability of the network service.
CUSTOMER AGREE AND CONFIRMS:
(a) eSIM4Travel is only limited to providing relevant services with reasonable skills and current conditions when
performing its obligations related to this service, and members shall bear the risks of using this service by
themselves;
(b) eSIM4Travel does not guarantee that: (i) this service or any of its content will meet the specific requirements
or expectations of members; (ii) this service will not be disturbed, provided in a timely manner, safe and reliable,
or will not cause any errors or omissions;
(c) eSIM4Travel shall not be responsible for any loss or compensation arising from the accuracy or reliability of
the content of this service; nor will it assume any responsibility or make any compensation to members due to
factors outside the control of eSIM4Travel that cause the obstruction or suspension of this service;
(d) eSIM4Travel, its officers, directors, shareholders, officers, agents, holding companies, subsidiaries or
representative expressly disclaim any result in the use of SIM cards, and eSIM4Travel disclaims any loss resulting
from negligence or omission in SIM card use.
